Shipping Policy

General Overview

Archeon Performance (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships to most pin codes across India. We have partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator, to ensure reliable and timely deliveries using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ecom Express, depending on your location.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once processed, orders are dispatched promptly to ensure timely delivery across all locations.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin once the order is dispatched:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier-2 Cities & Rest of India: 4–7 business days
North-East India, J&K & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or operational issues may occur.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email containing your AWB number and tracking link. You can track your shipment via our website or directly on the courier partner’s platform.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹50 is applicable to cover courier cash-handling charges

Shipping costs are clearly shown before placing an order, ensuring complete clarity and a smooth checkout experience.

Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

Re-shipment after RTO: ₹100 additional shipping charge
This fee helps cover courier costs already incurred.
